As you may know, working with sexual assault and human trafficking survivors is the absolute heartbeat of our company.

Many have asked how you can support our work without joining us on an excursion, and still provide an entire scholarship for a survivor to join us for one of our holistic wellness retreats, or summit excursions all over the country.

We are happy to announce the launch of our scholarship sponsorship program!

Here’s what it entails:
You’ll be committing to $75/month over the course of a year. One scholarship for a summit excursion costs $900, and you’ll be providing exactly that.

Not sure what a Summit Excursion is?

We partner with safe houses all over the country as the last piece of their holistic programming. Basically, women who have experienced some kind of sexual exploitation and/or human trafficking complete 6-12 month programs (depending on the safe house), and then join us for a weekend getaway as the physical culmination of the spiritual and emotional “mountains” they’ve been summiting over the course of their programming. We take them on a very approachable summit trail hike, accomplish something BIG together and then celebrate the heck out of them over the course of a weekend. Because we believe what they’ve accomplished is HUGE. It’s worthy of celebration. What they’ve overcome is a BIG deal. We cover all the costs of the weekend - all transportation, all accommodations, all excursions, and all meals.

Over the course of our weekend together, we’ve created deep friendships in a short amount of time. We’re here for lasting, long-term needs that arise. We’re a safe place if they choose to put down roots in Michigan. We’re friends. It’s not “us” vs “them.” It’s all of us together, creating a safe space to process big emotions, realize the importance of the journey we’re all on, and setting tangible goals together for the future, setting women up for success as they transition into “real life.”
